KADINLARIN YÜKSELEN DEĞERI
Kadın-Tis, kadın emeğinin önemi ve emeğin hak ettiği
değeri kazanması amacıyla kurulan, sendika kuruluşudur.
11 Ocak 2025 yılında resmi olarak hayata geçirilen
Kadın-Tis, kadınların çalışma hayatında daha aktif,
güçlü ve hak sahibi bireyler olarak yer almasını desteklemektedir.
Kadın-Tis’in Genel Başkanı Sn. Esra OKSAY’ın önderliğinde
siyasetten iş dünyadına bir çok işveren kadının
geniş katılımıyla gerçekleşen 1. Olağan Kurul Toplantısında
sendikanın gelecek dönem hedefleri, projeleri
ve stratejik planları masaya yatırıldı. Ardından Yüksek
Seçim Kurulu (YSK) gözetmenliğinde şeffaf bir oylama
gerçekleştirilerek yeni yönetim kurulu üyeleri
belirlendi ve sendika üyelerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda
önemli faaliyet kararları alındı. Bu anlamlı gün,
Kadın-Tis’in kuruluş vizyonunu ve misyonunu temsil
eden ilk etkinliğinin gururunu yaşamasına vesile oldu.
Kamu bürokrasisinden değerli katılımcıların teşrifleriyle
daha da anlam kazanan bu etkinlik, kadın işverenlerin
güçlenmesi adına önemli bir adım olarak tarihteki
yerini almıştır.
Kadın-Tis is a union established to emphasize the
importance of women’s labor and to ensure that it receives
the recognition it deserves. Officially launched on
January 11, 2025, Kadın-Tis supports women in becoming
more active, empowered, and rightful participants
in the workforce. Under the leadership of its President,
Ms. Esra Oksay, the 1st General Assembly Meeting
was held with the participation of numerous female
employers from various sectors, including politics and
business. During the meeting, the union’s future goals,
projects, and strategic plans were discussed in detail.
Following this, a transparent election was conducted
under the supervision of the Supreme Election Board
(YSK), resulting in the selection of new board members.
Significant decisions were made in alignment with the
views and expectations of the union members.
This meaningful day marked the first official event
reflecting Kadın-Tis’s vision and mission. With the
presence of distinguished guests from public administration,
the event gained even greater significance,
standing as a historic milestone in the empowerment
of women employers.

under a modest atelier environment in 1989 and it grew in
the developing sector always with stable and resolute steps.
In 1993, it took important steps for institutionalization and
it managed to become stronger after problematic periods. It
provided the sector with new products in the following years
and therefore increased the continuity and satisfaction of its
customers.
In its general directorate department that Aras Bebe created
with its equity capital, it serves in a closed area of 600 m2.
Aras Bebe has adhered to the principle of continuous solidarity
and team spirit with its employees, its qualified &
expert personnel, an approximate production capacity of
100 thousand pieces a year and exportation to 20 countries,
it is proud of providing quality and baby-friendly products
to the sector.
Aras Bebe provides its customers with advantageous products

Conformity Certificates for European Standards, it has adhered
to the principle of end-user satisfaction and aims at
making “Ease for Mothers and Comfort for Babies” a standard.

The company continues its production uninterruptedly
with its wide production area and team. It carefully selects
all the supply materials it uses in its products, without compromising
the principle of unconditional customer satisfaction,
along with production capacity increase, product
development. The company started to gain professional experience
in baby shoes and textile sector in Istanbul since
1990, and in 2003 it showed its experience and knowledge
in the sector with Papulin Luxury Baby Booties products.
It continues on its way steadily by establishing Ötre Tekstil
Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi for its new projects
in 2022. The baby booties we produce for 0-12 months old
babies have ISO13485:2016 and ISO9001:2015 Certificates.
We also emphasize the importance we attach to baby health
with our organic products. The company provides services
from Istanbul to many parts of Türkiye. It exports to many
countries in the world, especially Italy, Serbia, Netherlands,

Company in 2020. Our company has a branch office
in Australia and a showroom in Merter/Istanbul. We
are exporting 90% of our production.

Canada, Russia, Kazakhstan and European countries.
We are doing contract manufacturing to the

València, 27 January 2024 - The fifth edition of BKSFIMI, co-organized by
Feria Valencia and ASEPRI, closed its doors this Friday with a resounding
success. The significant increase of professional visitors, the internationalization
of business contacts and the high valuation of the attendees have
positioned this fair as a benchmark in the children’s product sector.
Exhibitors’ opinions coincide in pointing out this success. Paula Nogales,
Ona’s marketing
manager,
expressed her
satisfaction
with the number
of contacts
generated,
while pointing
out that “there
has been a lot
of evolution
for the better
in these four
years we
have been
participating
in BKSFIMI”.
The children’s
footwear company Teresa Rodríguez, manager of Babylobitos, expressed her
feelings: “We love coming to the fair, meeting up with our usual stores and
meeting new customers. As always, we have had very good attendance”.

production works are carried out in our factory in Istanbul.

The company produces evening dresses and dresses for girls under the age of 13, including (6-24 Months Baby) + (1-5-13 Years
Old Child).
Our 4-series products, consisting of 5 pieces, consist of infants: 6-24 months, children: 1-5 years / 6-10 years / 2-6 years / 7-10
years / 4-8-9-13 years old.

The exhibition welcomed nearly 12,000 attendees, with international buyers accounting for a remarkable 30% of the total.
This year, CBME Türkiye attracted buyers from over 100 countries, solidifying its reputation as a truly global event. Leading
the list of top visiting countries were Algeria, Libya, the Russian Federation, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Palestine,
and Morocco.

CBME Türkiye experienced a growth in visitor
numbers from several regions. Notable growth
markets included Bosnia Herzegovina, Uzbekistan,
Iran, the United Kingdom, the United States,
Romania, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Tajikistan,
Brazil, and Spain, highlighting the exhibition’s
reach across diverse regions such as the Middle
East, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
