Dokladem o sloÏenídraÏební jistoty je originál v˘pisu z úãtubanky úãastníka draÏby, ze kterého jezfiejmé, Ïe ãástka odpovídající draÏebníjistotû byla odepsána z úãtu úãastníkadraÏby a pfievedena na oznaãen˘ úãetdraÏebníka.JestliÏe úãastník draÏby pfiedmût draÏbynevydraÏil, vrátí mu draÏebník sloÏenoudraÏební jistotu nejpozdûji do dvoupracovních dnÛ ode dne konání draÏby,a to na úãet, ze kterého byla draÏebníjistota poukázána, nebo na jin˘ úãetoznaãen˘ úãastníkem draÏby.7. V prÛbûhu pfiestávek mezi jednotliv˘mikoly draÏby, která jsou oznaãena v kataloguvûcí urãen˘ch pro draÏbu a která dáleoznámí licitátor, musí vydraÏitel ihnedzaplatit cenu vûci dosaÏenou vydraÏením,ke které mu byl udûlen pfiíklepv bezprostfiednû pfiedcházejícím kole draÏby.Ve stejné lhÛtû musí vydraÏitel dále zaplatitnáklady spojené s pfiedáním pfiedmûtudraÏby, které ãiní 12% z ceny dosaÏenévydraÏením + DPH.
