About our classes

As Stirling’s largest gym, health and fitness provider

we’ve got over 200 classes to choose from each week

at 6 main venues including The PEAK, Forthbank, Raploch

Community Campus, Stirling, Wallace and Bannockburn

High Schools and over 20 community venues across

Stirling. With classes for all levels including the world

class LES MILLS programmes, Yoga, Aqua and Velocity,

there’s plenty for everyone to do!

NEW climbing wall,

marathon training and

swimming fitness classes

We have added some new style fitness classes to our

New Year programme. These classes are unique to the

Stirling area and will let you experience new exercises

to improve your fitness.

CLIMB UP

This class will challenge your fitness, agility,

stamina and mental toughness! Climb Up is

a circuits based class using our climbing wall.

Climbing uses muscle groups that you may

not use in a standard fitness class. You do not

have to be a competent climber to attend this

class as it will be run by our qualified climbing

wall instructors and any equipment will be

given at the class. You will burn calories and

fat, build muscle and have fun.

MARATHON TRAINING

Jog Scotland Marathon class is a group

running class designed to get you in shape

to run a marathon – ideal with the first ever

Stirling marathon coming in May! There

are two sessions 7.00pm – 8.00pm and

8.00pm – 9.00pm. You can do one or two

sessions. These will act as one of your training

sessions as you build up to do the Stirling

Marathon. Minimum requirement for the

class will be to run a 10K. Distance covered

between 5 – 7 miles per session so

if you do both sessions you will

cover 10 – 14 miles.

SWIM SKILLS AND DRILLS

This class combines swimming with muscular

endurance to develop strength through a

range of body weight exercises including

squats, lunges and press ups as well as

core stability. Benefits of this class include

developing swimming strokes as well as

burning fat and toning up. During swimming

sets participants must be able to swim a

minimum of two lengths. Lanes will be

sectioned so the class is beginner friendly and

will also challenge advanced swimmers.
