INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP is what the Creek District needs.<br />
Dr. Bertheophilus Bailey Sr. envisions the association as a pastor led<br />
partnership of churches where every pastor’s voice is heard. A district<br />
that effectively equips the ministry leaders of the local church. “I<br />
believe it is time to build upon the foundation of the past and<br />
transition this Association into the 21 st century and make it<br />
relevant to our time.” This includes a focus on proactive evangelism,<br />
quarterly hands-on ministry training and transparent administrative<br />
stewardship. Sensitive to the financial struggles of the small church and<br />
bi-vocational pastor, the district would consider a financial budget and<br />
system that would permit every church to meet their fiscal<br />
commitments without compromising the financial stewardship of their<br />
church. Dr. Bailey’s Leadership will take our Association to the next level<br />
