Restaurant, hotel, healthcare and other hospitality accounts in
the U.S. should order through their preferred dealer or distributor.
Make sure to ask for us by name and accept no substitutes. For
orders outside the U.S., or for assistance with a domestic order,

REQUESTING SAMPLES
Should you require samples of our candles or holders to review
prior to placing an order, please call our offices toll free at (844)
706-0387 and we will either arrange a delivery or have one of our
local sales representatives visit you directly. All samples are to be
returned in the same condition they were provided.
FACTORY WARRANTY
Each of our products comes with a limited factory warranty
that varies between three (3) and twenty four (24) months,
depending on the product itself. The warranty primarily covers
factory defects, however, for our LUX, Performance and Classic
Series candles the warranty also covers physical damage
consisting of minor scratches, scrapes and dings resulting from
routine use. The warranty will not cover significant damage
resulting from detrimental or careless handling or use. To make a

SALES TAX
Only customer orders shipping within the state of Arizona (US)
are subject to sales tax. Any customer ordering with the intent to
resell or distribute the product must have a resell certificate on
file with The Amazing Flameless Candle in order to avoid sales tax
being added to the invoice.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders containing at least one (1) starter kit of rechargeable
flameless candles will be eligible for free ground shipping to a
business address. All other orders will have shipping costs added
to their subtotal. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
International shipments require custom freight quotes prior to
ordering unless a domestic (US) consolidator is being used.
LEAD TIMES
Most orders placed before 12:00 pm (noon) MST Monday - Friday
will ship out the same business day. Larger orders and those
placed after noon will be shipped out the next business day. In
the event of a backorder, customers will be notified of projected
shipment dates and orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first
serve basis.
