slipped inside the building ...Take the necessary action by<br />

adding at least 1 step outside and keep 2 inside.<br />

ENSURE BEFORE ISSUING ANY DRAWING FOR CONSTRUCTION AND SEND IT<br />

TO THE SITE …THAT:<br />

1. The Structural Components (Columns, Slabs, Beams …etc.) were fully coordinated<br />

with the Structural department.<br />

2. The Electrical Components (Electrical rooms' sizes, Electrical ducts' sizes \ locations,<br />

telecom rooms' sizes \ locations) were fully coordinated with the Electrical department.<br />

3. The Mechanical Components (Mechanical rooms' sizes, Mechanical ducts' sizes \<br />

locations, AC Pads, FHC Locations) were fully coordinated with the Mech. Department.<br />

4. Ensure that any modifications done in the Arch. Plans' were "Reflected" in the<br />

elevations, sections and the whole building package as well.<br />

...THE CONTRACTOR IS OBLIGED TO PRODUCE COORDINATION DRAWINGS<br />

CONTAINING ALL ENGINEERING DISCIPLINES' COMPONENTS TO ENSURE THAT<br />

NO CONTRADICTIONS ARE THERE BETWEEN THEM BEFORE ISSUING THE<br />

DRAWINGS FOR CONSTRUCTION (…VERY IMPORTANT)<br />

5. Ensure also that technical specifications belonging to Food preparation zone<br />

equipment, Laundry equipment, Elevators ...etc. were considered where applicable.<br />

6. Ensure also please that the 2 Big Dining Halls (…almost 700 seats each) were<br />

acoustically studied through "approved certified specialist" to maintain acceptable level<br />

of noise" inside (...This is included in the given notices in item "4" here above")<br />

7. Ensure that the required coordination with the Concerned Civil Defense directorate<br />

has been conducted, and the Official approvals \ Stamps were obtained (...VERY<br />

IMPORTANT POINT)<br />

The requested clear copy - after incorporating the given comments - must be<br />

supported by the elevations \ sections drawings for review \ approval all together<br />

in one package" as all are related to each other...<br />

Any given approval must be considered as "CONDITIONAL APPROVAL" till<br />

submit the requested comparison study between the tender quantities and the<br />

Actual Quantities "supported with cost implication report" and obtain the required<br />

approval.<br />
