I use a journal to write down reflections and lessons learned about the past year as well changes I<br />

Or if you like you can do this on your computer.<br />

Start asking yourself some questions. What were the highlights of the last year? What were your most<br />

joyful times? What were your greatest accomplishments? What were your greatest struggles? What<br />

did you learn from these struggles? What did you do that worked well or not? What do you want<br />

more of or less of in your life?<br />

These questions can be asked of any or all areas of your life; money, career, family/friends, significant<br />

other/romance, fun/recreation, health/fitness, physical environment, and personal growth. You could<br />

choose to address all these categories or you could just do the one most important to you now.
