<strong>Bailey</strong> <strong>19</strong> is an experimental rock project.<br />
Drawing heavily on synthesized music and<br />
production, each of <strong>Bailey</strong> <strong>19</strong>’s EPs crosses<br />
the boundaries of genre to tell the story of an<br />
individual character. The albums are concept<br />
albums, but the video theatrics, costuming,<br />
and on-stage personification edges the<br />
project out of the realm of straight musical<br />
performance and right up to the line of<br />
experimental theatre. <strong>Bailey</strong> portrays all of the<br />
characters, assuming their behaviour, their<br />
dress, and their demeanour, and using each<br />
album, from start to finish, as a vehicle for<br />
