Having struggled with my weight my whole life. I’m constantly looking for ways to lose weight safely,<br />

without starving myself and fast. Now that I’m older I really feel the effects of being overweight and<br />

with the link between sugar and high carbohydrate foods to diabetes. Its something I’m willing to live<br />
