Event Rental Works thrives to be the premium rental supplier of innovative and
unique event furniture and tenting throughout the sea to sky. We build strong
relationships through dedication, customer service and expertise.

Whether it be a cocktail party or a full sit down dinner, we will create the
space you desire for your event.

BARS
With these stylish and elegant bars, you can keep your wine and bar supplies
well organized and safe during your event.

DINING
Being based out of Pemberton we live and breath the rustic/ vintage vibe. It
relates directly to how we live being outside and in the mountains. We have
everything from our very stylish vineyard chairs to the rustic harvest tables and
wine barrel bars. We also get a little creative and often have custom pieces
that we created that can make your event stand out.

TENTS
STRETCH TENTS
Our stretch tents are a recent development of pole marquees originating from
South Africa from the late 1990s onwards. What began with some simple ideas
to create shade quickly became an efficient, trendy outdoor option for all kinds
of events.
MARQUEE TENT
Our traditional marquee or pole tent is often used to shelter events such as
shows, festivals, and weddings. With our extensive inventory we will be able to
create the size and look you want for your event.

LIGHTING
Lighting is very important to the whole events experience. If the lights are too
bright your event may seem stark and cold. If your lights are too dark guests
may miss important elements of your event and design. Well placed lights can
create ambiance at your event. Great lighting will allow you to get more impact
from other items such as floral arrangements and other decor. You can
also use lighting to direct your guests attention to events going on within your
event, or to grab their attention.
