Значительность ее обусловлена широким распространением гнойно-воспалительных заболеваний мягких тканей, учащением генерализации инфекции, проявлением антибиотико-резистентных микроорганизмов, что подтверждается обсуждением данной проблемы на многочисленных форумах. Одним из главных недостатков терапии гнойно-воспалительных процессов является то, что многие из фармакологических препаратов обладают недостаточным восстанавливающим эффектом. Успехи биологии, гистологии, биофизики значительно расширили ареал лечебных мероприятий при лечении гнойно-воспалительного процесса. В перечень современных методов лечения включены: экстра- и интракорпоральнаядетоксикация, иммунокоррекция, антибиотики и антисептикиновых поколений. Аbstract.
