Yilmaz who said that as the company they have
been exporting to 15 countries, and continued his
words as follows;
“We export too many countries around the world,
from Morocco to Tunisia, from Ghana to Germany,
from Syria to Kosovo. We will increase the number of
countries we export to 30 in 2019 and 40 in 2020. Of
course, when we begin to export, our competitors in
the international arena appear naturally. We compete
with them on a very good level in terms of quality,
even we are better than the most of them. Of course
it is not easy to compete in price. In order to compete
with them, we increased our production capacity to
750 megawatts. We’re going to raise our capacity to
1 gigawatt soon. For this, we have implemented our
new factory which is 100 percent automation oriented
according to the norms of ‘Industry 4.0’. Thanks to
our factory, we will keep the quality at a much more
optimum point and because of saving three quarters
in the number of our employees, we will be able to
compete in the international arena with our biggest
competitor, Chinese manufacturers.”
Production capacity will increase by 30 percent
each year
Mr Yilmaz stressed that the factory is a very important
investment for Turkey’s and European energy
markets, and went on. “We have commissioned our
new factory in Antalya with an investment of 165 million
liras. Previously, a work done by 50 workers, two
robotic machines will be able to do the same job much
faster and in better quality. Thanks to 100 percent automation
investment, we have made savings of 400
production workers and labour costs were significantly
reduced.
Yilmaz, solar power plants until 5-6 years ago was a
matter of preference, but this situation has become a
necessity now, he said. “Now, not only in Turkey but
all over the world developed and developing countries
have to make the transition to the solar energy
in electricity production” he said.
Yilmaz said that the first stage of the factory started
production and that they would soon move the machines
in the other factory in order to make the new
plant work at full capacity.
Yilmaz, the factory’s annual production capacity by
30 percent each year to be increased, the number of
employees in the next two years, said they aim to increase
accordingly as well.

Yılmaz, şunları kaydetti:
“Fas’tan Tunus’a, Gana’dan Almanya’ya, Suriye’den Kosova’ya
kadar dünyanın birçok ülkesine yaptığımız ihracatı
2019’da 30, 2020’de 40 ülkeye çıkaracağız. Tabii
ihracata açıldığımızda uluslararası arenadaki rakiplerimiz
karşımıza çıkıyor. Onlarla kalite olarak fazlasıyla
rekabet ediyoruz hatta birçoğundan daha iyiyiz. Fiyat
olarak rekabet etmek tabii ki kolay değil. Onlarla rekabet
edebilmek adına üretim kapasitemizi 750 megavata
çıkardık. Kapasitemizi çok yakında 1 gigavata çıkaracağız.
Bunun için de ‘Sanayi 4.0’ normlarına uygun,
yüzde 100 otomasyon odaklı yeni fabrikamızı hayata
geçirdik. Fabrikamız sayesinde hem kaliteyi çok daha
optimum noktada tutacağız hem de çalışan sayısında
4’te 3 tasarruf ederek en büyük rakibimiz olan Çinli
üreticilerle de uluslararası alanda rekabet edebilir
hale geleceğiz.”
“Üretim kapasitesi her yıl yüzde 30 artacak”
Fabrikanın Türkiye ve Avrupa enerji piyasaları için çok
önemli bir yatırım olduğunu vurgulayan Yılmaz, “Antalya’da
165 milyon lira yatırımla yeni fabrikamızı devreye
aldık. Önceden 50 işçinin yapabildiği bir işi, iki robotik
makine çok daha hızlı ve kaliteli yapabilecek. Yapılan
yüzde 100 otomasyon yatırımı sayesinde 400 üretim
çalışanından tasarruf edilerek işçilik maliyetleri ciddi
oranda düşürüldü” dedi.
Yılmaz, 5-6 yıl öncesine kadar güneş enerji santrallerinin
bir tercih meselesi olduğunu ancak bu durumun
artık bir zorunluluk haline geldiğini belirterek, “Artık
sadece Türkiye’de değil, dünyadaki tüm gelişmiş ve
gelişmekte olan ülkeler elektrik üretiminde güneş
enerjisine geçiş yapmak zorunda” değerlendirmesinde
bulundu.
Fabrikanın birinci etabının üretime başladığını ifade
eden Yılmaz, yakın zamanda diğer fabrikadaki makineleri
de taşıyarak yeni tesisi tam kapasiteyle çalışır hale
getireceklerini ifade etti.
Yılmaz, fabrikanın yıllık üretim kapasitesini her yıl yüzde
30 artırarak, gelecek iki yıl içinde istihdam sayısını
da artırmayı hedeflediklerini sözlerine ekledi.
