The modern, small attachable system flash-units are unique technical miracles
. However, when used directly on the camera, they create unprofessional light with “red
eyes”. Better: Using the flash-unit remotely (away from the camera). However, you need

The old masters used the window light to create a unique light
(Rembrandt light). The modern professional photographer lights his
models with reflectors to create a light that looks exactly as if it came
through the window and fell onto the model. This type of light is called
"window light". A studio flash or continuous studio light lights the model
using the reflectors.
SUNBOUNCE made it their task to create high-quality light using the
small miracle flash-units in the simplest way - with help of the hightech
functions of the flash-unit. The logical consequence was that
SUNBOUNCE would develop a reflector, which is mounted directly
at the camera to recreate this light perfectly. The standard sheet of
paper- sized reflector is 15 to 20 times larger than the light emission
opening of the flash-unit and positioned in the correct direction
45/45 degrees so that it always produces professional light.
2. THE SOLUTION
The task was to develop a light-weight but stable and elastic plastic
arm whose one end is fastened to the tripod screw hole of
the camera and the SUNBOUNCE reflector board is attached to
the other end. With its ball-and-socket joint, this reflector can be
moved in all directions. Reflectors with different colours - each
with other light enhancing characteristics - can be replaced quickly.
All electronic camera flash functions are maintained so that the
heart of a good flash-unit, the TTL function, can work as always.
The centre of mass of the system must remain exactly where
the camera manufacturer intended it to be - in the centre
of the camera where the lens is attached. The small weight of
the BOUNCE WALL is hardly not noticeable to the photographer.".
The BOUNCE WALL is the smallest reflector in the SUNBOUNCE
LIGHTING SYSTEM. It is unique, always with you and always positioned
in the right place for the perfect MASTER PORTRAIT. The BOUNCE WALL
creates lively and professional studio light with all pivotable attachable
flash-units. The light of the BOUNCE WALL follows the 45/45 degree
rule, ca. 45 degrees from the side and ca. 45 degrees from the top.
From the left or from the right, further forward or further backward - it
is your decision.
Six differently coated BOUNCE WALL REFLECTOR Boards (optional) or
their white backsides provide many possibilities to enhance light and
adapt it to the desired atmosphere. The BOUNCE WALL makes sure
that you never have to do without the electronic interplay of camera and
flash-unit. This guarantees perfectly lit, professional photographs - and
you have to do almost nothing.

using the original contacts between camera and flash-unit without
additional cables or expensive control devices. The weight of the
camera always remains in the camera axis above its optical parts
