The Chairperson's Remark 

We are living in a changeable period of time -that we almost call it 

unstable- in different economic, political, cultural, and social aspects of 

life. This time, also, witnesses an increasing changes in the progress of 

science, and the explosion of knowledge that affected forming the modern 

education means and practices. 

These changes created new needs, skills and aspirations for students 

that our classic educational curriculums are not able to satisfy anymore. 

On the other hand, developed different life-skills to help them succeed in 

their educational and practical future life. 

At this point, the need to cope with advanced developments has 

emerged, so we have established an educational training institute that 

seeks to support and promote the efforts schools and families are making 

to build an entrepreneurial personality in school students, and we are 

looking forward to be the home of leading experience in this field. 

Since the establishment of EduGate academy, we are working in all 

endeavors possible to keep up with all processions, and to be updated for 

all developments and progresses made in the field of building students’ 

entrepreneurial skills, by writing and translating integrated curriculums 

and training manuals. 

Moreover, we are introducing a collection of educational training 

programs and projects for school students of all ages, which are 

distinguished with using innovative means that combines learning 

different skills and values, and entertaining activities based on advanced 

educational curriculums that accommodates zeitgeist and satisfies 

students’ needs and aspirations. 

Concluding, I would express my gratitude for employees, experts, 

consultants, facilitators, education counsellors, sponsors, and whoever 

has contributed in making the success and shimmering for the Academy.

نعيش اليوم في عصر متغير،‏ يكاد يوصف بعصر اللاثبات،‏ في 

مختلف جوانب الحياة الاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية والاجتماعية.‏ 

كما يشهد عصرنا تتغيّراً‏ متزايداً‏ في التقدم العلمي والانفجار 

المعرفي،‏ أثرّ‏ ذلك كله في بنية وأساليب ووسائل التربية الحديثة.‏ 

وأنتج هذا التغيّر لدى الطلبة،‏ احتياجات وتطلعات ومهارات،‏ لم تعد 

مناهجنا التقليدية والتعليمية قادرة على تلبيتها،‏ فضلاً‏ عن تنمية 

المهارات الحياتية التي تعينهم على النجاح في حياتهم المستقبلية 

العلمية والعملية.‏

الطالب الريادية،‏ ونطمح أن تكون بيت الخبرة اول عربياً‏ في مجال بناء وتكوين الشخصية 

الريادية لطلبة المدارس.‏

كما أننا نقدم باقة من البرامج والمشاريع التدريبية التربوية لطلبة المدارس من مختلف

EduGate academy is distinguished with its excessive efforts in human 

investing through concentrated work to build the future human-being, 

based on professional scientific and methodological principals, and 

practical manner. And this is the crucial moment and the impressive mark 

that will leave a significant imprint on shaping the personalities of future 

youths. 

Building a well-informed conscious mindset and a comprehensive 

leadership identity, according to a balanced valuable system, vouches for 

deepening the responsibility in our youths spirits in order to achieve a 

prosper change in our communities. Indeed, this methodology needs all 

the educational institutes to work together in order to reach all the 

pursued goals. 

To be the home of leading experience in building youths’ leadership 

identity is a great ambition that needs a great motivation and strong

Educational leadership in schools, which represented by school’s 

administration, is the key to success and distinction, and the essential 

principle to achieve a change and improving performances among 

schools, teaching staff, students, parents and local community. 

Surveys proved that school administration undertakes the 

responsibility towards leading prosper change and progress, either in 

school’s policies, systems and curriculums, or in increasing the abilities 

and efficiencies of all school members, teachers, employees and 

students. So, concentration must be made to reach higher levels in 

leadership planning for every educational administration level, 

especially school administration, in order to run the administration in 

terms of leadership rather than just in administrative perspective. 

Working on supporting the improving school administration skills in 

an educational institute will be enough to reach the success level and

في إحداث التنمية المجتمعية المنشودة في اردن،‏ فأنشات 

قسماً‏ خاصاً‏ للمسؤولية المجتمعية.‏ 

وأقامت العديد من المحاضرات التطوعية وورش العمل 

التدريبية والمسابقات الطلابية والفعاليات التعليمية 

والتربوية لطلبة المدارس بالشراكة والتعاون مع العديد من 

المدارس والمؤسسات التعليمية التربوية الحكومية 

والخاصة في مختلف محافظات المملكة.‏ 

Since it first established, EduGate academy undertook the 

contribution in achieving the desired social progress in 

Jordan by launching a branch that concerns only with 

social responsibility. 

Along the way, EduGate has held many voluntary lectures, 

training workshops, competitions and different 

educational events that target school students in 

cooperation with several schools and both, governmental 

and private, educational institutes among different 

governorates in the Kingdom.
