Abstract
The world is facing progress in various sectors of life, especially in the field of
production, marketing, so that production and marketing form the largest part in raising the level
of state economic. The development of technology and the transformation of the world into a
small village under the principle of globalization make the process of import and export easier
than previously, as the openness of the peoples on some of them led to exchange in cultures and
change in the behaviors and attitudes of individuals, regardless of identity, heritage and
personality Nationalism, perhaps the most obvious of these changes is to keep up with the
fashion and global trends of fashion sweeping the world markets and websites which lead to
refrain from local shops in Palestine, and to confine the work of fashion to vocational training
centers. All These changes have become noticeable and are circulating among individuals
without realizing the risks that these behaviours carry on the cultural, heritage and economic
level of society.
The aim of this research is to prepare a study to design a Palestinian fashion house, which
contributes to the creation of jobs for many Palestinian working hands in the local markets by
concentrating all the work and small projects, professional training courses related to the fashion
business so it can be collected in one place works on Creative minds and hands in design and
execution.
To achieve this, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach based on the
study methods and visit some of the places related to the survey, useing of some books,
magazines and related documents as well as the use of websites, to create a theoretical
background for the planning and design process.
Thus the desired outcome of this architectural schematic project is to create an
environment that specializes and focuses all fashion business in one spot combining education,
design, implementation, exhibits and marketing.
