Abstract<br />
The world is facing progress in various sectors of life, especially in the field of<br />
production, marketing, so that production and marketing form the largest part in raising the level<br />
of state economic. The development of technology and the transformation of the world into a<br />
small village under the principle of globalization make the process of import and export easier<br />
than previously, as the openness of the peoples on some of them led to exchange in cultures and<br />
change in the behaviors and attitudes of individuals, regardless of identity, heritage and<br />
personality Nationalism, perhaps the most obvious of these changes is to keep up with the<br />
fashion and global trends of fashion sweeping the world markets and websites which lead to<br />
refrain from local shops in Palestine, and to confine the work of fashion to vocational training<br />
centers. All These changes have become noticeable and are circulating among individuals<br />
without realizing the risks that these behaviours carry on the cultural, heritage and economic<br />
level of society.<br />
The aim of this research is to prepare a study to design a Palestinian fashion house, which<br />
contributes to the creation of jobs for many Palestinian working hands in the local markets by<br />
concentrating all the work and small projects, professional training courses related to the fashion<br />
business so it can be collected in one place works on Creative minds and hands in design and<br />
execution.<br />
To achieve this, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach based on the<br />
study methods and visit some of the places related to the survey, useing of some books,<br />
magazines and related documents as well as the use of websites, to create a theoretical<br />
background for the planning and design process.<br />
Thus the desired outcome of this architectural schematic project is to create an<br />
environment that specializes and focuses all fashion business in one spot combining education,<br />
design, implementation, exhibits and marketing.<br />
