Data Check is one of the projects of the Specialized International Verification Services
Company. This entails verification of academic and professional qualifications certificates,
including professional licenses through more than 21,000 issuing authorities across more
than 120 countries and territories, to ensure the validity of the documents and papers
submitted by job applicants jobs and that they possess the qualifications required for
these jobs in order to reduce the negative impact on communities in all forms.

Data Check distinguished itself from other companies by having two separate internal audit
departments in different geographical regions that are responsible for re-verification of the results
of enquiries. Not only this, but our final Quality Control Department, randomly re-verifies the
accuracy of enquiries to ensure that our clients are provided with accurate information. On order
to maintain the neutrality of the work of this department, it reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Exclusion

Circumstances of force majeure have their own rules and these circumstances may
hinder Data Check’s execution of the verification process. However, based on the principle
of commitment to the client, we will work hard to carry out field visits to complete the
verification processes and finalize these requests as soon as possible.
In cases where there is insufficient information )relatively few cases(, we leave no room
for guesswork excuses for not completing work on the request. Instead we harness our
energies to reach the desired result by various legal ways and methods and by mobilizing
partners to execute our commitment to clients.
إن لظروف القوة القاهرة أحكامها،‏ وهذه الظروف قد تعيق داتا تشيك عن تنفيذ عمليات التحقق إال أنه

ىلع حد سواء،‏ وتعتبر سيكورتي تشيك من الشركات القليلة العاملة يف مجال التدقيق األمني ىلع
مستوى العالم،‏ وهي الشركة العربية الوحيدة العاملة يف هذا املجال يف الشرق األوسط،‏ وقد استطاعت
سيكيورتي تشيك أن تتميز يف مجال التدقيق األمني عن باقي الشركات العاملة يف نفس املجال من
خالل إنشاء قواعد بيانات يتم تحديثها بشكل يومي ويتم استقاء هذه البيانات من الجهات والهيئات
القضائية واألمنية يف كل دولة ىلع حد سواء.‏

Security Check has been able to distinguish itself in the field of security audit from other companies
in the same field by creating databases that are updated on a daily basis. This data is drawn from
the judicial and security authorities in each country. In addition, Security Check uses global criminal
databases derived from the public domain, ensuring that privacy rules are not violated.
Using Security Check databases ensures that the result of the security audit is accurate and up-todate
as opposed to other companies operating in the same field, who rely on international criminal
databases used only in the public domain with entries not exceeding 6 million security records
worldwide. This means that these databases are not comprehensive.
Security Check’s databases include various types of violations and crimes. They include traffic violations,
misdemeanor, criminal offenses, professional errors and serious crimes.
Security Check is one of the projects of the Specialized International Verification Services
Company, providing services to both the public and private sectors. Security Check is one of the
few companies in the world operating in the field of security audits. It is the only Arab company
operating in this field in the Middle East.

Verification Methodology
تستند داتا تشيك يف إجراءاها لعمليات التحقق ىلع سلسلة من العمليات الفرعية باإلضافة إلى عمليات
التدقيق الداخلي ومن ثم التحقق من معيار الجودة بهدف ضمان إتباع كل مرحلة ملعايير التحقق
املتعددة وضوابط العمل والنزاهة،‏ ونورد أدناه سلسة العمليات املفصلة للتحقق من الوثائق:‏
In its verification procedures, Data Check relies on a series of sub-processes in addition internal
audits, and thereafter verification of the quality standard in order to ensure that each stage
follows the multiple verification standards, process controls and integrity. The detailed series
of processes for the verification of documents is given below.

بطلب التحقق ومن ثم يتم إحالته إلدارة الجودة للتأكد من تطابق عمليات التحقق،‏ بعد ذلك تتولى إدارة
الجودة إعادة التحقق العشوائي للطلب من البداية،‏ بعد التأكد من مطابقة النتيجة لجميع مراحل التحقق،‏
يتم تزويد العميل بالنتيجة النهائية،‏ وتقوم داتا تشيك باستخدام أحدث وسائل التكنولوجيا ونظم إدارة البيانات

In order to ensure the integrity of processes, Data Check conducts internal audits on the initial
verification result. Internal audits are carried out by separate departments in separate geographical
regions. These results are attached to the verification request and forwarded to the Quality
Department to ensure the integrity of the verification processes. The Quality Department then
randomly re-verifies the request from the beginning. After confirming that the result is identical
to all verification stages, the client is provided with the final result. Data Check uses state-of-theart
technology and data management systems at all stages of the verification to ensure full the
integrity of all processes.

تم تجهيز وتصميم النظام والعمليات املتبعة يف داتا تشيك ىلع مراحل منفصلة ومعزولة،‏ بمعنى أن
هناك فرق منفصلة تتولى مسؤولية إدخال البيانات والتحقق وفحص الجودة.‏ ويتم إجراء فحص الجودة
يف نهاية كل خطوة وال يمكن ان ينقل الطلب إلى األمام ما لم يتضح امتثاله يف الخطوة السابقة
للمتطلبات.‏ وبذلك يضمن عدم تمريرنا أي طلب معالج بصورة غير صحيحة.‏ كما أن أي تقرير يخضع مرة
أخرى لالستعراض من قبل فريق فحص الجودة املتخصص كما يخضع التقرير مرة أخرى ويعرض ىلع
عدة مستويات ‏)بما يف ذلك أكثر من رئيس للعمليات(‏ لضمان عدم وجود أية حاالت خاطئة.‏

Business Process Management System at Data Check
Data Check’s system and operational procedures were designed and implemented in separate and
distinct phases. This means that there are separate teams responsible for data entry, verification
and quality inspection. A quality check is performed at the end of each step and the request cannot
be moved forward unless it is clear that it has complied with the requirements in the preceding
steps. This is how we ensure that no enquiry is processed incorrectly. All reports are subject to final
review by the specialized quality inspection team after which they are again reviewed several levels
)including more than one head of operations( to ensure complete accuracy.
