10. Celebrate your school’s effort and<br />
successes<br />
Whether or not your evaluation shows that you reached your goals, it’s important to highlight<br />
and celebrate the success of your team’s work, and recognize the effort of those who have<br />
contributed.<br />
• Acknowledge members and highlight activities during an assembly<br />
• <strong>High</strong>light success stories in your school newsletter<br />
• Provide recognition certificates<br />
• Send a thank you note to parents/guardians to appreciate their contributions<br />

Taking it out into the community 28<br />
The end of the year is also a good time to promote summer bike programs to encourage<br />
students to continue biking when they’re not in school. If none exist in your area, consider<br />
partnering with a local organization to get one started. Look through the list of shops/<br />
