Art Factory
The aim of the project is to transform an area in
the centre of Moscow into the city’s principal
creative, digital and design hub by uniting
existent separated creative territories and
designing its core, including a cultural centre, a
student campus and a residential building.
Art Factory transforms existing streets and the
river embankment to provide high quality
pedestrian focused environment, improves the
infrastructure of Moscow ranging from main
streets and cross-block connectors to public
squares.
The gradient of the private character of the
spaces, the change in experiences
(from public to privately - isolated), variations in
intensity and the level of private access – are the
determining factors for the context creation.
