Welcome to the capital of Norway!
After an extraordinarily long and cold winter
spring has finally come to Oslo. We have put ours
skis away for now and are ready for the many
exciting summer activities that will take place in
the coming months. Oslo Grand Prix is one of the
first highlights of the season here. Thousands of
people visit Bjerke Racetrack to experience the
excitement of the races.
I hope that those of you who have come here from
abroad will find time to get acquainted with Oslo.
The city is renowned for its cultural scene and its
architecture, and I recommend that you explore it.
Our most popular tourist attraction is the Opera
House, which is widely regarded as one of the
masterpieces of contemporary architecture.
The Edvard Munch Museum and the Vigeland
Scuplture Park are also on Oslo’s “must see” list.
There is something for all tastes in Oslo, and
I hope you will enjoy your stay here.
