Director <strong>de</strong> <strong>Atención</strong> y <strong>Participación</strong> <strong>Ciudadana</strong> y Jefe <strong>de</strong>l Depto. <strong>de</strong> <strong>Participación</strong> <strong>Ciudadana</strong><br />
Sobre quien ejerce autoridad:<br />
Funciones generales:<br />
Llevar a cabo los procesos administrativos ante las diversas instancias, <strong>de</strong>l ayuntamiento<br />
previamente autorizados por el director y / o jefe <strong>de</strong>l <strong>de</strong>partamento <strong>de</strong> participación ciudadana.<br />
Estar al pendiente <strong>de</strong> las ór<strong>de</strong>nes <strong>de</strong> compra que libere el área <strong>de</strong> suministros, avisarle al<br />
proveedor <strong>de</strong> la entrega al beneficiario, elaborar expediente <strong>de</strong> la entrega <strong>de</strong>l apoyo al<br />
beneficiario.<br />
Verificar stock <strong>de</strong> papelería en las diferentes áreas adscritas a esta dirección como lo son:<br />
módulo CURP y diferentes <strong>de</strong>partamentos <strong>de</strong> la dirección.<br />
Funciones especiales asignadas por la dirección.
