TRATAMIENTO<br />
- Corrección profiláctica <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>s alteraciones hemostáticas se realiza:<br />
Si <strong>la</strong>s p<strong>la</strong>quetas son inferiores a 40.000-50.000 / mm3,<br />
El tiempo <strong>de</strong> protrombina (TP) es superior a 2 veces el normal<br />
Cuando el fibrinóg<strong>en</strong>o es inferior a 75 g/ dl.<br />
-Tratami<strong>en</strong>to antifibrinolítico profiláctico durante el acto quirúrgico<br />
Aprotinina (Trasylol(r) <strong>en</strong>dov<strong>en</strong>oso .<br />
Reduce <strong>la</strong> pérdida <strong>de</strong> sangre<br />
Reduce <strong>la</strong>s necesida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong> transfusión <strong>de</strong> hematíes.<br />
Debe recom<strong>en</strong>darse su uso rutinario <strong>en</strong> todos los paci<strong>en</strong>tes<br />
adultos sometidos transp<strong>la</strong>nte ortotópico <strong>de</strong> hígado.<br />
