3. A Continuación, el sistema mostrará la siguiente pantalla (Ver Figura n°<br />

4. Hacer click sobre la opción “Consulta y Certificación de Actas”, con lo<br />
cual el sistema mostrará la siguiente pantalla. (Ver Figura n° 31), en<br />
donde se debe realizar lo siguiente:<br />
a. Seleccione tipo de acta.<br />
b. Seleccione tipo de búsqueda.<br />
Luego, puede consultar el acta requerida de dos maneras:<br />
c. Por número de acta; Ingresando el número del acta requerida, previa de<br />
los pasos a y b.<br />
d. Apellidos y nombres: ingresando el primer y segundo apellido; así como,<br />
el nombre del titular del acta requerida.<br />
e. Presionar el botón “Buscar”<br />
