<strong>API</strong> de interfaz de datos (<strong>DI</strong>‐<strong>API</strong>)<br />
La <strong>DI</strong>‐<strong>API</strong> se implementa en forma de DLL (Dynamic Linking<br />
Library) basada en Microsoft COM.<br />
Se utiliza comúnmente con Microsoft Visual Studio o Visual<br />
Studio .NET (incluyendo Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic .NET, C#,<br />
C++, ASP y ASP.NET), pero se puede utilizar con cualquier<br />
herramienta de desarrollo compatible con COM o .NET.<br />
La <strong>DI</strong>‐<strong>API</strong> contiene cuatro categorías de objetos:<br />
Objetos con fines generales.<br />
Objetos de datos maestros.<br />
