ABSENTISMO ESCOLAR Y DELINCUENCIA JUVENIL<br />
Estudio orientativo realizado por el Equipo Municipal en<br />
materia <strong>de</strong> <strong>Absentismo</strong> <strong>Escolar</strong> (EMAE) <strong>de</strong> Chiclana:<br />
Temporalidad: <strong>de</strong>s<strong>de</strong> el curso escolar 2000/01 hasta el<br />
mes <strong>de</strong> Diciembre <strong>de</strong> 2007.<br />
Universo <strong>de</strong> estudio: menores absentistas implicados en<br />
atestados instruidos por <strong>de</strong>lito <strong>de</strong> abandono <strong>de</strong> familia, es<br />
<strong>de</strong>cir, menores que habían presentado un absentismo<br />
escolar grave o muy grave.<br />
Tamaño <strong>de</strong>l universo <strong>de</strong> estudio: 79 menores.<br />
Menores infractores en materia penal: 26 menores.<br />
Inci<strong>de</strong>ncia porcentual: 32,9%.
