PRESENTACION<br />
La Ley Orgánica Constitucional <strong>de</strong> <strong>Municipalidad</strong>es Nº 18.695,<br />
en su art. 67 establece que “El Alcal<strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>berá dar cuenta<br />
<strong>Pública</strong> al Concejo Municipal, a más tardar en el mes <strong>de</strong><br />
Abril <strong>de</strong> cada año, <strong>de</strong> su gestión anual y <strong>de</strong> la marcha<br />
general <strong>de</strong> la <strong>Municipalidad</strong>.<br />
La cuenta correspon<strong>de</strong> presentarla a través <strong>de</strong> un documento<br />
escrito, el cual <strong>de</strong>be hacer referencia a los contenidos que se<br />
<strong>de</strong>sarrollaran a lo largo <strong>de</strong> la presente memoria.<br />
Finalmente, entonces, en cumplimiento a lo que la Normativa<br />
Legal Vigente establece, el suscrito viene a dar <strong>Cuenta</strong><br />
<strong>Pública</strong> <strong>de</strong>l quehacer Municipal durante el período<br />
comprendido entre el 06 <strong>de</strong> Diciembre y el 31 <strong>de</strong> Diciembre<br />
<strong>de</strong>l año <strong>2004</strong>.<br />
