Por sus especiales características en cuanto<br />
a jornada <strong>de</strong> presencia y actividad <strong>la</strong>boral efectiva,<br />
a los ambigús <strong>de</strong> cines y teatros se les<br />
aplicará una <strong>de</strong>ducción <strong>de</strong>l 40 por 100 sobre<br />
<strong>la</strong>s tab<strong>la</strong>s sa<strong>la</strong>riales <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> sección quinta <strong>de</strong>l<br />
presente convenio. Sobre el sa<strong>la</strong>rio resultante<br />
se retribuirá al productor proporcionalmente al<br />
número <strong>de</strong> horas trabajadas por día, siempre y<br />
cuando <strong>la</strong> jornada <strong>la</strong>boral no rebase <strong>de</strong> seis<br />
