TITULO VII DISPOSICIONES COMPLEMENTARIAS, TRANSITORIAS Y FINALES<br />
DISPOSICIONES COMPLEMENTARIAS<br />
PRIMERA.- Los Comités no constituyen estructuras orgánicas sino instancias <strong>de</strong><br />
asesoramiento especializado a la Dirección <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong> y son establecidos mediante<br />
Resolución Directoral.<br />
SEGUNDA.- El Cuerpo Médico no constituye un órgano estructural <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong><br />
<strong>General</strong>, por lo cual no se representa en el organigrama estructural; sus activida<strong>de</strong>s<br />
están referidos a aspectos <strong>de</strong> consultas en áreas técnicas <strong>de</strong> su competencia y cuando<br />
le sean requeridos por el Director Ejecutivo <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong>.<br />
DISPOSICION TRANSITORIA<br />
UNICA.- Se elaborarán y aprobarán el Cuadro <strong>de</strong> Asignación <strong>de</strong> Personal, los<br />
Manuales <strong>de</strong> Organización y Funciones y el Manual <strong>de</strong> Procedimientos, según lo<br />
dispuesto en la Directiva Nº 007- MINSA/OGPE-V.01, aprobada con RM. Nº 371-2003-<br />
SA/DM.<br />
DISPOSICIÓN FINAL<br />
UNICA.- El presente Reglamento <strong>de</strong> Organización y Funciones entrará en vigencia al<br />
día siguiente <strong>de</strong> su aprobación.<br />
