Reg<strong>la</strong>mento <strong>para</strong> <strong>la</strong> Forestación, Re<strong>forestación</strong>,<br />
Ta<strong>la</strong> y Poda <strong>de</strong> Árboles<br />
SEGUNDO. Se <strong>de</strong>rogan en su caso, todas <strong>la</strong>s disposiciones que se opongan<br />
a <strong>la</strong> aplicación <strong>de</strong> este <strong>reg<strong>la</strong>mento</strong>.<br />
TERCERO. Se conce<strong>de</strong> un p<strong>la</strong>zo <strong>de</strong> 90 días a partir <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> publicación<br />
oficial <strong>de</strong>l presente Reg<strong>la</strong>mento <strong>para</strong> que se e<strong>la</strong>bore el Manual <strong>de</strong> Manejo<br />
<strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Flora Urbana <strong>de</strong> <strong>Tepic</strong>, bajo <strong>la</strong> responsabilidad <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Dirección <strong>de</strong><br />
Parques y Jardines en coordinación con <strong>la</strong> Subdirección <strong>de</strong> Ecología.<br />
Dado en <strong>la</strong> Sa<strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong> Comisiones <strong>de</strong>l Honorable XXXV Ayuntamiento<br />
Constitucional <strong>de</strong> <strong>Tepic</strong>, Nayarit, el día 6 <strong>de</strong> diciembre <strong>de</strong>l 2001 dos mil<br />
uno.<br />
