2. SANITAS LTDA., obtiene un puntaje total de cero (0) puntos debido a que no cumple con<br />
los dos ˙ltimos Ìtems de las condiciones de garantÌa, enunciadas anteriormente, por<br />
consiguiente no cumple con la totalidad de los requisitos mÌnimos exigidos, en<br />
consecuencia el puntaje asignado. (Cuadro N 1.)<br />
3. Finalmente se aclara que en el Pliego de Condiciones correspondiente a este Proceso, no<br />
es requisito presentar cat·logos del producto.<br />
Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se modificÛ el cuadro consolidado para el Grupo 2 ìEquipo de<br />

Que una vez revisado y analizado el anterior concepto emitido por el ComitÈ TÈcnico, con<br />
ocasiÛn de las observaciones presentadas por parte de la firma SANITAS LTDA y el nuevo<br />
Cuadro consolidado de evaluaciones para el Grupo 2 ìEquipo de Luz Forense Port·tilî, la<br />
Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones del DAS, en reuniÛn realizada el 3 de Septiembre y en<br />
ejercicio de sus competencias y funciones ratifica la RecomendaciÛn de AdjudicaciÛn<br />
realizada en su sesiÛn del 28 de agosto de 2007, seg˙n consta en el Anexo 3 del Acta 75 FR<br />
de 2007, la cual se emitiÛ en los siguientes tÈrminos:<br />

La Junta felicitaciones y Adquisiciones del DAS, recomienda a la Secretaria General,<br />
