Los A<strong>de</strong>udos <strong>de</strong> Ejercicios Fiscales Anteriores que constituyen el pasivo o <strong>de</strong>uda pública flotante, se pagarán<br />
en términos <strong>de</strong> los artículos 154, 155 y 156 <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Normatividad Presupuestal para <strong>la</strong> Autorización y el Ejercicio<br />
<strong>de</strong>l Gasto Público <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Administración Municipal emitida por <strong>la</strong> Tesorería Municipal, en cumplimiento al Cuarto<br />
Resolutivo <strong>de</strong>l Dictamen aprobado por el H. Ayuntamiento <strong>de</strong>l Municipio <strong>de</strong> Pueb<strong>la</strong>, en Sesión Extraordinaria<br />
<strong>de</strong> Cabildo <strong>de</strong> fecha 10 <strong>de</strong> diciembre <strong>de</strong> 2012 y vigente a partir <strong>de</strong>l día 1 <strong>de</strong> marzo <strong>de</strong> 2013, según circu<strong>la</strong>r<br />
