CONDICIONES DE VENTA
CONDICIONES GENERALES
01. Los equinos incluidos en el presente catálogo, se venden conforme a las
condiciones habituales de venta que corresponden a su tipo. Ante cualquier duda, se
invita a los interesados a consultar con la firma rematadora antes del Remate.
02. La comisión, a cargo del comprador será del 7 % más I.V.A.
03. Los plazos que se otorguen serán para aquellos compradores que tengan
acordados sus créditos con anterioridad al día del Remate.
04. La totalidad de los equinos ofrecidos en este catálogo, se hayan exentos del
pago de I.V.A. e impuestos nacionales, por hallarse encuadrados dentro de la Ley de
Fomento a la Cría de Caballos Deportivos.
05. Una vez bajado el martillo por cada ejemplar, La Aguada, los vendedores y la
firma martillera, no responderán por la vida, salud, o accidentes que pudieran sufrir
o causar los animales vendidos.
06. Los compradores deberán arbitrar los medios necesarios para la atención y
cuidado de ellos, así como también encargar su transporte al lugar de destino.
07. Pasadas las 24 hs. del Remate, a los compradores que no hayan retirado los
animales adquiridos se les cobrará U$S 30 por animal y por día, en concepto de
atención de los mismos.
08. La propiedad de los animales será entregada por la firma martillera, una vez
cancelada la totalidad de la operación

GENERAL CONDITIONS
01. Equines listed in this catalog are to be sold in accordance with the regular sales
conditions that match their class. The auction firm is available to clear any doubt that
may arise before the auction takes place.
02. Buyer’s commission shall amount to a 7% plus the V.A.T.
03. Only clients of the firm shall have installment terms available for them. Other
buyers shall consult with the firm about installment terms availability.
04. The equines listed in the catalog are exempt from V.A.T. and national taxes since
they are included in the Breed Sport Horses Encourage Act.
05. Once every equine is auctioned, salesmen and auction firm shall not be liable
for the life, health, or accident of the animal sold or that may take places because of
the animal sold.
06. Buyers shall provide for the horse care and maintenance and deal with the
transportation means to the place of destination.
07. Once 24hs have passed after the auction, buyers shall have to pay U$S 30 per
day for every animal not retired in compensation for care and maintenance.
08. Auction firm shall carry out the transference of ownership upon cancellation of
the transaction.
