<strong>Maxxis</strong>’ European Cycling Team Celebrates String of<br />
Successes<br />

Europe’s Team <strong>Maxxis</strong> enjoyed<br />
two stunning successes in events<br />
for Spain’s National Circuit in<br />
September. The races put Team<br />
<strong>Maxxis</strong> rider Mauricio Muller in the<br />
lead for National Criterium<br />
standings.<br />
Dario Burela, also of Team <strong>Maxxis</strong>,<br />
triumphed over 90 other riders to win the GP in Binefar, Spain in the<br />
Under 23 category. This victory placed him fourth in the overall<br />
standings. Originally from Argentina, the 20-year-old Burela has a<br />
long string of titles to his credit.<br />
Team member Oscar Brualla won the next race, held in Tarragona,<br />
Spain. Finishing first among 50 racers, Brualla had the advantage of<br />
well-coordinated <strong>team</strong>work on the part of his fellow <strong>Maxxis</strong> riders,<br />
several of whom also had strong showings. Mauricio Muller finished<br />
second and Marcelo Cadiz won fifth place in the Tarragona event.<br />
<strong>Maxxis</strong> has fielded a strong <strong>cycling</strong> <strong>team</strong> in Spain, with six nationally<br />
ranked riders. In addition to Burela, Muller, Brualla, and Cadiz, this<br />
talented group includes: Guilleaume Pont, Roberto Martinez, Magi<br />
Llaveria Grau, Santiago Angles Rodriguez, Albert Sanchez Cansin,<br />
and Eloi Coca Cabestany.<br />
