Este año, nuestra marca, Village Harvest auspició el concurso más grande<br />
que se haya realizado alguna vez. En mayo, Village Harvest decidió tentar<br />
a todos los amantes de la cocina con un concurso llamado “PicYourTrip.”<br />
Una tentadora foto fue un boleto para un viaje internacional a Italia, Perú,<br />
Tailandia, China o la India. Los concursantes simplemente presentaron al<br />
concurso PicYourTrip tantas fotos como quisieron de su plato favorito de arroz. La<br />
aclamada chef y viajera internacional Joanne Weir encabezó un panel de jueces<br />
para seleccionar a los finalistas. Las fotos de los finalistas se anunciaron en la<br />
galería PicYourTrip de Facebook y el ganador del gran premio fue elegido por voto<br />

This year, our Village Harvest brand sponsored the biggest contest ever. In May, Village Harvest decided to tempt all <strong>of</strong><br />
the culinary lovers out there with a contest called PicYourTrip. One mouthwatering photo was the ticket for world travel<br />
to Italy, Peru, Thailand, China or India. Contestants simply submitted as many photos as they wanted <strong>of</strong> their favorite<br />
rice dish to PicYourTrip. Acclaimed chef and world traveler Joanne Weir led a panel <strong>of</strong> judges to select the finalists. The finalists’<br />
photos were to be posted to a Facebook PicYourTrip gallery and the grand prize winner was to be chosen by popular vote. The<br />
Grand Prize winner received a trip for two (valued at up to $7,500) to any country where Village Harvest sources rice and grains.<br />
Village Harvest travels the globe to <strong>of</strong>fer authentically-sourced organic and conventional, brown and white varieties <strong>of</strong> Jasmine,<br />
Basmati and Arborio.<br />
