Please note: The minimum distance between the floor and the base ofthe radiator must be 100mm.To install follow the procedure below:1- Mark the location of the upper supports according to Fig. 7/8, followingthe distances in the attached table. Use a support as a template to markwhere the holes should be. Drill the holes and put in the rawl-plugs.2- Fix the two supports for the radiator with the four screws provided.Electrical connection- They are fixed installation radiators. In order to connect them to themains circuit, you should take into account the guidelines which areshown in the Low Voltage Regulations and those for each particularcountry.- The fixed connection should be made by a professional.- These appliances must be earthed.- There must be a thermal magnetic switch or other device that completelydisconnects the electricity supply from the appliance; this devicemust have a separation of the contacts of at least 3mm at all the poles.- When installing the radiator, make sure that the connecting cable cannever be in contact with a hot area of the appliance.- Proceed with the connection to the mains circuit, making sure that thevoltage is the same as that shown on the appliance registration plate.4. CONTROLS (Fig. 9)The equipment is composed of:1. - “StandBy” key:Used to start and stop the appliance as well as to lock the keyboard.2. - DisplayOffers all the information needed to control the equipment. Displaying:- Temperature unit: ºC or ºF- Ambient temperature, selected temperature or the time- Functioning mode: <strong>Manual</strong> or Automatic. (The latter only with the remotecontrol)- Predefined status: Comfort or Economic. (In the case of Automaticmode with P-type programmes)- Operation of the resistance: Radiator illuminated- Programming period of the equipment (1-5 = Monday to Friday; 6 =Saturday; 7 = Sunday3. - Status LED.This LED_will be red if the equipment was switched of with the “StandBy”key. In any other case, it will be off.16
