Saint-Gobain Abrasives offer two forms of electronic ordering; online ordering through Abrasive
Connection or through a full EDI ordering facility. If you are interested in either please contact the

Prices valid from January 2013.
Minimum order value and freight charges apply. All orders placed via the online Abrasives Connection
do not incur a freight charge.
RETURNS POLICY
Any return of product to Saint-Gobain Abrasives is subject to the pre-authorisation of your Saint-
Gobain Abrasives Customer Service contact, who will give you a Returns Number if accepted. It relates
to only standard stock items and is subject to a 25% or £25 handling fee (whichever is higher). The
products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging, in full case quantities and must
have been purchased in the last three months. Any BUENOs returned without authorisation will not be
accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.
All transportation costs for Customer Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
