CONDICIONES GENERALES El precio de la mercancía vendida esta referido siempre a la tarifa vigente en el momento de entrega. Esta tarifa anulará todas las anteriores. Los modelos que no figuran en esta tarifa quedan anulados. La mercancía viaja a portes pagados a partir de pedidos de 350€ en toda la península y Baleares y de 800€ para Canarias. El comprador debe revisar su mercancía en el momento de su recepción. Solo se admitirán devoluciones en los siguientes casos: -En caso de desperfecto en la cantidad o calidad de la mercancía remitida, siempre que el comprador efectúe su reclamación mediante carta/fax dentro de la 72 horas siguientes a la recepción de la mercancía, incluyendo una descripción detallada del defecto percibido. -En el caso de que el cliente perciba daños exteriores en el embalaje, es necesario que presente reservas en la recepción de la mercancía, incluyendo una descripción detallada del defecto percibido. Los giros que resulten impagados a su vencimiento, se les incrementará los gastos de devolución. No se servirá ningún pedido, si se encuentra pendiente de cobro algún impagado. JANDEL S.L.
