Privacy
All information provided by you is used for invoicing, delivery, and
administration of internal promotions. Your details will not be given or sold
to any outside agency.
Deposits
We require a deposit for all party plan orders, unless full payment is made
at the party. The minimum deposit is $10 for any order under $100. For
orders above $100 a minimum deposit of $20 is required.
Any deposit paid will not be refunded if you cancel the order.
Payments
Many of our consultants carry a mobile eftpos machine to accept credit and
debit cards at the party, (ask if your consultant will have this facility).
We have several convenient methods to pay your balance, Direct deposit,
C/card in store or over the phone or cash to your host by the due date.
You will be required to pay any outstanding payments for orders by the due
date otherwise you will delay delivery of the entire order. Once all
outstanding amounts have been paid in full to PassionZone the party orders
will be dispatched.
Order Delivery
Party Orders are normally dispatched within 7-21 days on receipt of full
payment. You may elect to pay additional postage and have your order sent
directly to your address. No order will be dispatched unless full payment

Cancellations or amendments to your order
Orders are considered final once submitted to head office. Please
contact your PassionZone consultant if you need to change your order,
(Note: Deposits are not refunded if you cancel your order). Cancelled
orders will reduce the value of the hostess rewards.
Toys & intimate products
Due to health regulations and the nature of our products, we cannot
exchange any toys or products that have been used in any way. Any
product that is faulty must be advised within 7 days of receipt & returned
only after a return authority has been provided.
If your Lingerie item is the incorrect size or style, PassionZone will
provide an exchange or credit note to the same value. Note: Lingerie
must be unworn with swing tags attached in original packaging.
All returns must be returned to PassionZone at the senders cost. An
exchange or credit will be provided. Under no circumstances will a
refund be given.
PassionZone will not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to
unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including supplier
shortages or delays. We may offer a different colour, alternative product
or credit if significant delays are encountered.
