PUBLICACIÓN DE DIVORCIO<br />
Se hace <strong>de</strong> público conocimiento y en cumplimiento <strong>de</strong> las disposiciones <strong>de</strong>l Artículo 42 <strong>de</strong> la Ley No.1306-Bis, sobre<br />
Divorcio, que en fecha veinte (20) <strong>de</strong>l mes <strong>de</strong> febrero <strong>de</strong>l año Dos Mil Veinticuatro (<strong>2024</strong>), en la Séptima Sala <strong>de</strong><br />
la Cámara Civil y Comercial <strong>de</strong>l Juzgado <strong>de</strong> Primera Instancia <strong>de</strong>l Distrito Nacional, Especializada en Asuntos <strong>de</strong> Familia,<br />
mediante la Sentencia Civil Núm. 532-<strong>2024</strong>-SSEN-00358, en conformidad con la Ley, se or<strong>de</strong>nó lo siguiente:<br />
FALLA:<br />
“PRIMERO: Declara regular y válida, en cuanto a la forma la acción en Divorcio por Mutuo Consentimiento, intentada por<br />
los señores José Manuel Hernán<strong>de</strong>z Encarnación y María Sugelei Ortega Cruz, por haber sido hecha <strong>de</strong> acuerdo a la Ley.<br />
SEGUNDO: En cuanto al fondo acoge las conclusiones presentadas por os esposos y, en consecuencia: Declara disuelto el<br />
vínculo matrimonial existente entre los señores José Manuel Hernán<strong>de</strong>z Encarnación y María Sugelei Ortega Cruz, por su<br />
Mutuo Consentimiento <strong>de</strong> conformidad con el acto <strong>de</strong> convenciones y estipulaciones Núm. 6, instrumentado en fecha 10<br />
<strong>de</strong> enero <strong>de</strong>l año <strong>2024</strong>, por ante el Dr. Celso Pavón Moni, Abogado Notario Público <strong>de</strong> los <strong>de</strong>l Número <strong>de</strong>l Distrito<br />
Nacional, por los motivos que prece<strong>de</strong>n. TERCERO: Or<strong>de</strong>na al Oficial <strong>de</strong>l Estado Civil correspondiente pronunciar el<br />
presente divorcio”.<br />
Así mismo se hace saber que en fecha catorce (14) <strong>de</strong>l mes <strong>de</strong> marzo <strong>de</strong>l año dos mil veinticuatro (<strong>2024</strong>) el Oficial <strong>de</strong>l<br />
Estado Civil <strong>de</strong> la Primera Circunscripción <strong>de</strong>l Distrito Nacional, procedió a TRANSCRIBIR la referida sentencia en el<br />
Registro <strong>de</strong>stinado a esos fines, correspondiéndole el Libro No.00006, <strong>de</strong> registros <strong>de</strong> DIVORCIO, Folio No.0163, Acta<br />
No.000582, año <strong>2024</strong>, efectuándose el PRONUNCIAMIENTO <strong>de</strong> dicho divorcio.<br />
En la ciudad <strong>de</strong> Santo Domingo <strong>de</strong> Guzmán, Distrito Nacional, capital <strong>de</strong> la República Dominicana, hoy día cinco (5) <strong>de</strong>l<br />
mes <strong>de</strong> <strong>abril</strong> <strong>de</strong>l año Dos Mil Veinticuatro (<strong>2024</strong>).<br />
