DISCO The Disco is the most developed multi-station core shooting machine on a rotating table. This machine is made up of 3 working stations that lie on a horizontallyrotating table, where shooting, gassing/purging and core extraction operations are all carried out at the same time. CORE BOX OPENING SYSTEM The great versatility of the Disco allows the usage of horizontally, vertically and 4-part split core boxes. The core boxes made of wood, resin or metal can be used at the same time. Moreover it is possible to use the following accessories: vertical separator, various core box clamping systems, automatic extraction of the core box and core ejection. CORE BOX CLAMPING The core box clamping can be both mechanical or magnetic (option). For small series the core box may not even need to be fixed to the clamps. For the production in large series a vacuum fixing system is also available. PRODUCTION PARAMETERS All operations are controlled by a PLC. The use of an operator panel permits to store more than 1.500 production parameters. The interface with a PC (optional) can increase the quantity of stored production parameters. FIXATION DE LA BOÎTE À NOYAUX La fixation de la boîte à noyaux peut être mécanique ou magnétique (en option). Pour des petites séries les boîtes à noyaux peuvent même ne pas être fixées aux mâchoires. Pour la production de noyaux en grande série un système de fixation à dépression (vide) est disponible. PARAMÈTRES DE PRODUCTION Toutes les fonctions sont gérées par un PLC. L’utilisation d’un tableau opérateur permet de mémoriser plus de 1500 paramètres de production. L’interface avec un PC (en option) peut augmenter encore la quantité de paramètres mémorisés. La grande flexibilité de la Disco permet d’utiliser des boîtes à noyaux à ouverture soit horizontale soit verticale et comportant jusqu’à 4 parties. Des boîtes en bois, métal, résine peuvent être utilisées en même temps. Plusieurs options sont disponibles: séparateur vertical, différents systèmes de fixation des boîtes à noyaux, extraction automatique de la boîte à noyaux et éjection des noyaux. Dafür die verschiedenen Einrichtungen verfügbar, wie Abhebevorrichtung für horizontal geteilte Büchsen, Außtosser unter dem Auszugtisch und verschiedene Befestigungsvorrichtungen für die Kernbüchen, insbesondere mechanische und mit Magneten. PRODUKTIONS- PARAMETER Alle Funktionen werden gesteuert von einer SPS-Steuerung. Das Bedienungstableau erlaubt die Speicherung der Produktionsdaten von über 1500 Kernbüchsen. VERSIONS VERSIONS All sizes are available in either single or double table version. This last type can be equipped with rollers for through feed. HYDRAULIC CLAMPS One of the Practicor main advantages is the possibility of using both vertically and horizontally split core boxes made of wood, resin or metal, assembled on a transport plate. In the case of the vertically split core boxes a hydraulic clamp, equipped with ejector control plates (optional) is available. The core box is taken outside the machine for core ejection. HORIZONTAL SEPARATION Core boxes with horizontal opening can be opened inside the machine; in this case only the lower part goes out for the final ejection of the core. It is also possible to take the whole core box outside the machine and open it with a special separation device, equipped with an ejector system (optional). PRACTICOR Therefore the Practicor is suitable for foundries producing castings of different size and weight, or when a frequent change of core boxes is required. The machine is equipped with hydraulic movements and it is designed in such a way as to make the assembling operations, the change of core box, the addition of loose pieces as well as core ejection very easy. La machine est dotée de mouvements hydrauliques et elle est réalisée de façon à ce que les opérations de montage et nettoyage des boîtes à noyaux, l’insertion des parties mobiles, ainsi que l’extraction des noyaux produits soient extrêmement simples. Dans le cas de boîtes à noyaux à ouverture verticale est disponible une unité hydraulique de serrage équipée de plaques d’éjection (en option). In verschiedenen Größen und Ausführungen erhältlich, geeignet für Gießereien mit einem Bedarf an Kernen mit sehr unterschiedlichen Gewichten und Größen und mit häufigen Modellwechseln. Die Maschine ist hydraulisch betätigt und so gebaut, daß die Montage der Büchsen und der Wechsel derselben, wie auch das Einlegen von Losteilen sehr einfach ist. HYDRAULISCHER KLEMMBACKEN- AUFSATZ Mit den PRACTICOR-Kernschießmaschinen können horizontal und vertikal geteilte Büchsen aus Holz, Kunstharz oder Metall eingesetzt werden, wie auch solche, welche auf Transportplatten aufgebaut sind. Im Falle von vertikal geteilten Büchsen ist ein hydraulischer Klemmbackenaufsatz lieferbar, auch mit Ausstoßer-Platte (Option). Die Kernbüchse fährt nach dem Begasen aus der Maschine zur Entnahme des Kerns. HORIZONTALE TEILUNG Im Falle von horizontal geteilten Büchsen kann das Oberteil in der Maschine befestigt werden. Nach dem Begasen senkt der Tisch mit dem Unterteil ab, das Oberteil bleibt in der Maschine und das Unterteil mit dem Kern fährt aus der Maschine. In gewissen Fällen kann auch die ganze Kernbüchse aus der Maschine ausfahren und eine spezielle Abhebevorrichtung (Option) öffnet die Büchse außerhalb der Maschine. Ein Ausstoßer ist ebenfalls lieferbar. A B C
