Además la incorporación del slot permite asumir pequeñas desviaciones que se produzcan en el eje xz durante la instalación. (img.1,2,3,4) [esp] La parte más importante de un clip son las gomas, elegir una composición de la goma adecuada y un diseño adecuado es garantizar un agarre perfecto, por eso nuestros ingenieros han puesto un cuidado especial en la elección del material y en su siguiente diseño, consiguiendo un mayor agarre mejorando la rugosidad de la goma confiriéndole una mayor fricción con el vidrio. Además se ha diseñado un nuevo sistema de agarre (img.5) de la goma al clip que permite mejorar la estabilidad de la goma y distribuir los puntos de presión sobre el vidrio. [eng] In order to improve the old closed-slot glass clamp system we have developed a new open-slot one, which makes the glass railing installation easier and faster. 1. The open-slot system allows to place the screw on the tube before the glass clamp installation and to fix it afterwards. Besides, the open-slot system helps to assume small deviations that may occur during the installation on the axis xz. Therefore the choice of the most suitable composition and rubber design will guarantee a perfect glass grip. That’s the reason why our engineers have specially focused on the material and rubber design. As due to their teamwork and effort we have achieved a better grip and improved the rough of the rubber. The final result is a better rubber-glass friction. Besides, we have designed a new rubber grip system (img.5) that improves the rubber stability and helps to distribute the pressure points all over the glass. [fra] Comenza propose une nouvelle conception de pinces à verre de slot ouvert qui facilite et accélère l’installation de mains courantes en verre, un système plus efficace que les pinces de slot fermé traditionnelles. 1. Le système de slot ouvert permet de visser le vis sans avoir besoin de placer la pince à l’avance, et ensuite de finir de le visser une fois que la pince a été déjà placée. En plus, le système de slot permet de corriger des possibles petites déviations qui puissent se produire sur l’axe xz pendant l’installation. C’est pour cette raison que nos ingénieurs ont prêté une attention particulière au choix du matériel et à la conception de la pièce, en réussissant une meilleure prise, en améliorant la rugosité de la gomme laquelle augmente la friction avec le verre. En autre, un nouveau système de prise (img.5) de la gomme à la pince a été conçu pour améliorer la stabilité de la gomme et bien distribuer tous les points de pression sur le verre.
