2 DESCRIPTION DE LA MACHINE 2Description de la machine Green est une machine pour la filtration en pression de liquides alimentaires. 2.1.0 COMPOSITION DE LA MACHINE 2.1.1 CHASSIS Les parties consituant la machine sont les suivantes: - un châssis en acier, - un appareil de filtration comprenant: a) le groupe de filtration b) le mélangeur, - un système d’évacuation, - un tableau des commandes. Le châssis est une structure à piédestal s’appuyant sur des roulettes avec système de blocage mécanique permettant de remettre le filtre en place facilement sur le lieu de travail.
