Réaction avec l’AGH qui capture le couple<br />
anticorps/hématie magnétisée.<br />
Réaction négative : Point central<br />
Si absence d’antigène : pas de réaction<br />
avec l’AGH, les hématies se recentrent<br />
en un point central.
