Rotational laser
Horizontal application
n Place the power tool on a surface which
is as level as possible.
n Loosen the compensator clamp (10) by
rotating it in an anti-clockwise direction.
n Switch on the power tool.
The power tool levels itself within the
self-levelling range (±3.5°) and the beam
begins to rotate.
The LEDs (4, 6) light up permanently.
If the power tool was placed on an incline
(>3.5°), a warning signal is sounded and the
beam stops. In this case:
n Place the power tool in another
(more level) location.
or
n Compensate for a non-level surface by
placing a support under the power tool.
n On completion of work:
– Switch off the appliance
– Lock the compensator clamp (10)
by rotating it in a clockwise direction.
