Purchase of <strong>AGCO</strong> <strong>Parts</strong> at specific levels are required to participate in the <strong>AGCO</strong> <strong>Parts</strong> "Show Your Colors" Promotion. Required<br />

purchase amounts are shown by each item selection. Be sure to provide an original copy of your invoice showing the date and<br />

purchase of genuine <strong>AGCO</strong> parts. You may submit multiple invoices to earn a higher value of merchandise, however, you cannot<br />

submit one invoice for multiples of merchandise. [ex: an $8000 dollar invoice will not earn 4 jackets. Customer would need to submit<br />

invoices (each totaling at least $2,000) and 4 redemption forms to get 4 jackets.] See other conditions listed below.<br />

Terms & Conditions<br />

1. <strong>AGCO</strong> Show Your Colors Promotion runs from March 5, 2012 to April 20, 2012.<br />

2. Qualifying <strong>AGCO</strong> parts purchases must be made during promotion timeframe stated above to be considered for promotion.<br />

3. Customer must make necessary qualifying purchases for chosen apparel selection and must provide proof of purchase (dated invoice) of qualified <strong>AGCO</strong> parts.<br />

Only <strong>AGCO</strong> parts purchases will be considered in calculating promotional parts purchase total for apparel selection.<br />

4. Customer may submit multiple invoices to earn a higher value of merchandise, however, customer cannot submit one invoice for multiples of merchandise.<br />

5. Original or a copy of the dated sales receipt must show part numbers. Visibly altered documentation will not be honored.<br />

6. All requests for apparel must be received by May 18, 2012. Requests after this date will NOT be accepted.<br />

7. Customer must mail, email or fax submission form or confirmation form of required documentation to the <strong>AGCO</strong> Part Redemption Center at the address below.<br />

8. <strong>AGCO</strong> is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or postage due mail, and all proofs-of-purchase become the property of <strong>AGCO</strong> and will not be returned.<br />

Please retain copies for your files.<br />

9. Offer good in U.S.A. and Canada at participating <strong>AGCO</strong> locations. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Please allow 8–12 weeks for processing of<br />

online requests from receipt of all required materials.<br />

10. Offer may not be combined with any other discount, offer or rebate.<br />

11. <strong>AGCO</strong> reserves the right to rescind or change this offer at any time.<br />
