(CopyLink)https://tq.filegood.club/B00IJ09JTQ.html - Book Synopsis : In May 1984 at Rosemont College in Pennsylvania, Douglas Steere addressed the SFF Conference. He began &#8220I am going to speak about traveling in and about my own personal journey, I haven&#8217t done that on any other occasion in quite as full a way as I&#8217m going to do here this morning.&#8221 He then proceeded to share a vibrant testimony of the work of the spirit in his life. Pendle Hill is happy to be able to reproduce the text of that talk as Douglas delivered it-in an edited transcript of the talk (this pamphlet) and on audio cassette tape. The tape is available through the Pendle Hill bookstore. We are very grateful to Helen Steere Horn for allowing us to include in this pamphlet poems she wrote in the last years of her father&#8217s life. The poems bear witness to the spirit at the heart of Douglas Steere&#8217s personal journey. Helen is a counselor, oral historian, and teacher of life-story writing who lives with her husband on a farm in Appalachian Ohio.
