Dear Exhibitors and Visitors,
The most prominent players of the Hungarian agricultural scene
from all over the country are gathering again in Debrecen
between 17-20 August to exhibit and to gain new experiences
and relationships. We believe that knowledge-based agriculture
is the future, and in order to make advancements we must keep
up with the most recent research and trends. The 31th Farmer-
Expo will provide you with opportunities to do just that.
Livestock breeding in Hungary has a historical tradition and we can
only be proud of our ancestors’ achievements. It is not easy these
days being a young farmer maintaining and developing your business,
even though demand for food products of animal origin continues to
grow. Customers want to fill their shopping carts with healthy products
of reliable quality. Keeping that in mind, the family businesses,
artisanal farmers and primary producers covering all fields of food
processing and production will bring truly unique products to this
year’s exhibition. Gastronomy lovers will also get to indulge in culinary
pleasures on 18 August during this 2022 Farmer-Expo.
The HORTICO exhibition of vegetables, fruits and horticulture, on
the other hand, will cater to health-conscious customers. HORTICO
has been a partner event of Farmer-Expo since 2006, exhibiting
the edible treasures of gardens to visitors. Most people do not base
their selection of fruits and vegetables on merely aesthetic qualities,
but a personal connection to the brand or the producer also plays
a significant part. Professional conferences within the domain of
horticulture will try to bring the most dominant players of the fruits and
vegetables industry closer to each other.
The exhibition also presents a wide selection of commercial vehicles
every year. Farmer-Expo will give participants the opportunity to get
to know cutting-edge automation technologies, offering farmers rocksolid
performance and increasingly efficient solutions. Supernatural
horsepower, however, also needs to be controlled, which is why
experts will give field demonstrations during all four days of the
exposition in order to offer visitors a first-hand encounter with the latest
technological innovations through experience and recommendation.
Participating companies will present their products to tens of
thousands of visitors. We hope to see you there.
