The last more than three decades saw a radical
change in the terms of ownership in Hungary.
This series of changes and the current state of
public security calls for an even greater role of
the protection of private property.
Please let me give a brief introduction of our
Company, I-S GROUP.
Our philosophy and mission is to provide private
security services of high standards and at an
affordable price according to the needs of our
Clients. This is why I-S GROUP puts security
and quality first in planning and coordinating
manned guarding, mechanic and electronic
security systems, as well as in other services,
such as IT consulting and other supplementary
activities (private investigation, cleaning, and
spatial planning). Our Company has been
developing dynamically since its foundation
in 2010, which is evidenced by the following
achievements:
• current operating area: Győr-Moson-
Sopron, Komárom-Esztergom and
Vas counties, as well as Budapest,
• our Company is entrusted by 30 Clients
and more than 100 private security guards
and cleaning employees are working
with us in performing our contracts.
We have the official permits required for carrying
out our activities, and professional liability
insurance for events of damage.

MANNED GUARDING:
The security guards employed in manned
guarding activities have the qualifications
necessary for performing their tasks.

security guards knowing and enforcing laws and

When an event of damage occurs, one of the
most difficult tasks is to find those who are
responsible among the security and cleaning
companies.
Shared responsibility raises numerous problems
that are hard to solve.
This is why, in addition to the above-mentioned
services, our Company provides cleaning,
mowing and park landscaping services, because
this way responsibility is not shared between
security and cleaning companies.

PERSONNEL
LEADER STAFF
Our leaders are well-trained and have many years
of experience as leaders. We provide them with
training, further-education and psychological
preparation on a regular basis to deepen and
extend their knowledge.
SECURITY GUARD STAFF
Our security guards have valid security guard
licenses and certificates on passing the
examination on the knowledge of Act CXX of
2012.
CLEANER STAFF
Our cleaners have the knowledge and
qualifications necessary for their work.
RECRUITING, TRAINING,

RECRUITMENT SYSTEM OF SECURITY
GUARDS AND CLEANERS
Security guards and cleaners are typically
recruited on the basis of recommendation or
personal acquaintance.
In case of applications or recruiting through
adverts in newspapers, we always request
applicants to provide references, so that the
professional attitude and behaviour of applicants
can be checked.
Security guards and cleaners applying to work for
us have to go through an admission procedure.
In the course of this admission procedure, we
assess the professional skills of the security
guard or cleaner applicant.
Applicants passing our admission procedure
may only start working after completing the
theoretical (4 hours) and practical (12 hours)
training. In case of individual and special tasks,
we train our security guards and cleaners for
performing the specific operations (e.g. security
guards trained to understand the handling of
camera systems, alarm systems, entry systems
and fire alarm systems, as well as to respond to
alarms and eliminate minor defects; cleaners are
prepared to handle and operate cleaning tools
and machines, etc.).
TRAINING SYSTEM OF SECURITY
GUARDS AND CLEANERS,
STAFF MEETING
Training system
Security guards and cleaners are regularly
trained. The training system of security guards
and cleaners is made up of the following
elements:
• training before starting work (4+12 hours)
• repetitive training to extend
knowledge through onsite leader
inspection at the guarded site or
workplace (20-25 minutes/session),
• 4-hour further-education on a quarterly
basis combined with a staff meeting,
• extraordinary training (when guarding
and work conditions change or
for processing case studies),
All trainings held are duly documented.
Staff meeting
Staff meetings are held every quarter, and our
clients are also invited. If necessary, extraordinary
staff meeting can be assembled.
Control system
The work of security guards and cleaners is
checked and controlled several times a week,
during the day and at night as well, sometimes
in a repetitive fashion. Checks and controls are
documented in each case.
Evaluation
Security guards and cleaners are evaluated
every month on the basis of daily/weekly checks.
The security guard and cleaner with the best
performance in the month are given the title
“Security guard of the month” or “Cleaner of the
month” with a one-off pecuniary reward.
