You may cancel <strong>you</strong>r policy by giv<strong>in</strong>g a written notice to us. No c<strong>as</strong>h value will be paid upon<br />

cancellation of the policy.<br />

CLAIMS<br />

16. How do I make a claim<br />

You need to complete the relevant claims forms which <strong>you</strong> can obta<strong>in</strong> from <strong>you</strong>r <strong>AIA</strong> agent, by<br />

call<strong>in</strong>g the <strong>AIA</strong> Customer Service Hotl<strong>in</strong>e at 1300-88-1899 or visit any <strong>AIA</strong> branch. You will f<strong>in</strong>d a<br />

list of <strong>AIA</strong> branches <strong>in</strong> Malaysia on the back of the policy contract.<br />

17. How can I claim for the treatment benefit(s) upon diagnosis of female organ cancer<br />

i) You can claim either “Bre<strong>as</strong>t Lumpectomy” or “M<strong>as</strong>tectomy and Bre<strong>as</strong>t Reconstructive<br />

Surgery” upon diagnosis of Bre<strong>as</strong>t Cancer (Female Organ Cancer) provided <strong>you</strong> have not<br />

made any prior claims for any of the Treatment Benefits.<br />

ii) If <strong>you</strong> are diagnosed with Female Organ Cancer (except Bre<strong>as</strong>t Cancer), <strong>you</strong> can claim<br />

“Female Reproductive Organ Surgery” provided <strong>you</strong> have not made any prior claims for any<br />

of the Treatment Benefits.<br />
