About Assessment Center Indonesia (<strong>ACI</strong>)<br />

Sebagai wujud kepedulian PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia , Tbk<br />

pada kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Assessment Center<br />

Indonesia yang selama ini dikenal dengan Assessment<br />

Center Telkom telah berdiri sejak 10 November 1990. Selama<br />

lebih dari 25 tahun Assessment Center digunakan secara<br />

konsisten dalam mengevaluasi kompetensi manajerial<br />

di TELKOM GROUP. Konsistensi penggunaan metode<br />

Assessment Center tidak lepas dari dari komitmen BOD<br />

untuk menerapkan metode secara objektif dan transparan.<br />

Sebagai pioneer penerapan metode Assessment Center di<br />

Indonesia, pihak manajamen <strong>ACI</strong> juga terlibat secara aktif<br />

ikut dalam organisasi PASSTI (Perkumpulan Assessment<br />

Center Indoenesia) yang berupaya melakukan edukasi<br />

kepada masyarakat luas mengenai metode Assessment<br />

Center yang sesuai dengan Internasional Code of Conduct.<br />

Dalam perkembangannya, <strong>ACI</strong> mengembangkan produkproduk<br />

selain Assessment Center sebagai upaya untuk<br />

terus menerus meningkatkan layanan. Kini <strong>ACI</strong> memiliki<br />

produk Personal Quality Development dan Konsultasi<br />

sebagai portfolio layanan <strong>ACI</strong>.<br />

Selain itu, saat ini <strong>ACI</strong> tidak hanya melayani kebutuhan untuk<br />

Telkom Group saja, namun juga untuk BUMN, Lembaga<br />

Pemerintahan, Institusi Pendidikdan dan Perusahaan<br />

Swasta dan MNC. <strong>ACI</strong> juga terpilih sebagai salah satu<br />

lembaga rujukan Kementrian BUMN untuk melakukan Uji<br />

Kelayakan Bakal Calon Direktur BUMN.<br />

Tentang Assessment Center Indonesia (<strong>ACI</strong>)<br />

About Assessment Center Indonesia (<strong>ACI</strong>)<br />

<strong>ACI</strong> has known before as AC Telkom. Telkom is very concern<br />

on its human resources quality that <strong>ACI</strong> was established since<br />

November 10th, 1990 to deliver thebest people. For more than<br />

25 years, Assessment Center method is consistently used in<br />

evaluating managerial competencies in Telkom and Telkom<br />

Group objectively and transparantly, with the fully support and<br />

commitment from BODs to use this AC method.<br />

As the pioneer in implementing Assessment Center method in<br />

Indonesia, <strong>ACI</strong>’s managements also actively involved in one of<br />

assessment center organization called PASSTI (Perkumpulan<br />

Assessment Center Indonesia), which always try to educate<br />

people about this method based on AC International Code of<br />

Conduct.<br />

Within its journey, <strong>ACI</strong> is developing other products as an effort<br />

to continuously improve the services. Now <strong>ACI</strong> is also deliver<br />

Personal Quality Development services, and Consultation<br />

services as one of <strong>ACI</strong> Portfolio.<br />

Today, <strong>ACI</strong> is not only fulfilling Telkom Group’s needs, but also<br />

fulfill State Owned Enterprise, Governments, Educational<br />

Institutions, Private Companies, and Multi Nasional<br />

Corporation’s needs. <strong>ACI</strong> is also chosen as one of Referral<br />

Institutions from State Owned Enterprise Ministry to assess<br />

the Director Candidates of State Owned Enterprise Ministry.<br />

For more than 25 years, in this moment, <strong>ACI</strong> would like to thank<br />

all of the users and customers, not only internal of Telkom and<br />

Telkom Group, but also external users. Without customer’s<br />

support and roles in using <strong>ACI</strong>’s services and continuously<br />

mana ruang monitor, saya mau menyaksikan. Ternyata yang saya lihat amazing, semua direkam,<br />

Perkumpulan Assessment Center Indonesia (PASSTI)<br />

Dalam rangka melakukan edukasi mengenai code of conduct<br />

International Assessment Center, expert dan para profesional<br />

<strong>ACI</strong> turut serta sebagai pengurus PASSTI (Perkumpulan<br />

Assessment Center Indonesia), sebuah organisasi yang rutin<br />

mengadakan kongres Assessment Center di Indonesia. Selain<br />

itu, <strong>ACI</strong> secara rutin juga mendukung dan mensponsori<br />

kegiatan Kongres Assessment Center di Indonesia yang<br />

dilangsungkan selama dua tahun sekali.<br />

Bertemu dengan <strong>ACI</strong> sekitar tahun 2013 ada kebijakan bapak gubernur yang ingin membangun satu pusat<br />

laboratorium kepemimpinan nasional, sehingga kita melakukan studi kooperatif dan benchmark ke beberapa<br />

lembaga, juga ke beberapa negara. dari sekian banyak tempat assessment, yang kami butuhkan ada di <strong>ACI</strong>, yang<br />

kami lihat <strong>ACI</strong> itu sudah sangat berkualitas.<br />

In 2013, there was Governors’ policy who wants to develop a central national leadership laboratory, so we’re studying and<br />
