Strengthening of social capital in subak community could be implemented by means extended group network and norm, strengthening of social capital in banjar could be carried out by trust and network while for tourism community is by improving trust only. 7. RECOMMENDATION Component of capital social builder is different each other pursuant to the type of organization or regional development level.
